Do you know the secret behind Peking Duck?

 

In tradition, Peking Duck is made for the table to enjoy beautifully lacquered, ultra-crispy skin served with hoisin sauce, scallions and pancakes; and succulent cut-up meat accompanied by vegetables or used in soups. Painted with a mix of spices and a special sauce, then dry-hung for several days before being wood-smoked, this complex and deeply satisfying Chinese classic is the perfect choice for every special occasion.

Afternoon Tea in the JiuBa Lounge

Join us in the JiuBa Lounge for an unforgettable Afternoon Tea, which includes a decadent pastry tower designed by renowned Michelin-starred chef Graham Hornigold. The experience can be customized with the addition of dim sum or dumplings, as well as our selection of premium imported teas, offered a la carte.

Virtual Reality Dining

The first of its kind in Silicon Valley, this fully immersive, multi-sensory dining experience features a luxurious 8-course tasting menu designed by our Michelin starred culinary team, with each dish paired with audio and visual effects designed to complement the menu and stimulate all the senses. This communal dining experience is available once monthly, or can be booked as a private event.

An exposed wine cellar features refined selections to complement the meal, and our craft cocktail menu offers drinks that cater to exquisite tastes.

We offer three distinct options for guests: the Jiuba cocktail lounge, our full-service dining room, and four exclusive private dining areas. Each setting is inspired by China’s ancient imperial palaces and designed with an eye for grandeur.
