With a menu developed by a culinary team of three distinguished Michelin-starred chefs from abroad, skill and precision are apparent on every plate. Our meticulously curated wine collection features a wide array of styles and price points to complement the cuisine, and imaginative cocktails that masterfully incorporate ingredients and flavors from throughout Asia.
Culinary Team
The three internationally recognized chefs behind iCHiNA’s menu are experts in their respective fields, including Chef Mike Shen, whose talents lie in Cantonese cuisine at some of the finest restaurants across, North America, London, and Singapore; Chef Xia An He, who specializes in the art of dim sum; and Michelin-starred Pastry Chef Graham Hornigold who has spent the last twenty-five years honing his skills in some of the finest hotels and restaurants including at Mandarin Oriental, The Lanesborough.
