Celebrate Lunar New Year at iCHiNA
In celebration of Lunar New Year, we will be introducing a Cantonese inspired a la carte menu for the auspicious festival. Curated by our talented Michelin-led culinary team, iChina’s Lunar New Year a la carte menu will be offered January 20th through February 5th in addition to the regular dinner menu.
The special menu will feature several gourmet dishes such as Braised South African Abalone made with Iberian ham, faat choy, and broccoli; Live Boston Lobster; Canada Dried Oysters with faatchoy and dried scallop; Alaska Silver Cod marinated in a sesame mala sauce; Red Bean Sweet Dumplings served in a tangerine peel soup; and Dungeness Crab Fried Rice made with egg yolk and scallions.
